What type of Zari is used in Banarasi & Kanjivaram sarees?
We work with both tested antique gold zari and electroplated silver/gold zari depending on the collection tier. Our heritage bridal weaves feature genuine tested metallic yarns that retain their brilliance over generations.
Customization & Video Appointments
Can I inspect the saree on a live WhatsApp video call?
Yes! We highly encourage video appointments. You can see the saree under natural lighting, inspect the pallu flow, check the border work, and discuss bridal styling directly with Tani before confirming payment.
Do sarees come with a matching blouse piece?
Yes, all sarees include an unstitched running or contrast blouse piece (0.8m to 1m). If you require custom stitching, aari embroidery, or maggam work, our boutique tailors can stitch it based on your measurements.
Can you arrange bulk orders for wedding trousseau or bridesmaids?
Yes, we undertake bridal trousseau sets and color-coordinated bridesmaid orders. Please reach out at least 3-4 weeks in advance so our looms can weave your chosen palette.

What are the domestic delivery timelines?
Domestic orders across India are dispatched within 24-48 hours via express air courier (BlueDart / DTDC) and arrive in 3-5 business days. Real-time tracking is shared on WhatsApp.
Do you ship internationally (USA, UK, Canada, UAE)?
Yes, we ship globally via DHL Express and FedEx International. International packages typically arrive within 6 to 9 business days.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Since authentic handloom sarees are carefully inspected and shown on video prior to dispatch, we offer replacement or exchange in the rare event of transit damage or manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of parcel receipt (with parcel unboxing video proof).
